CONSTRUCTION

I would like to emphasis that all timber used by PINE HOMES are treated according to S.A.B.S. and construction to the code 082 if the National Building Regulations.

Houses can be build on stilts or on conventional concrete floor construction, depending on site and soil conditions.

PINE HOMES is using the open timber frame construction with various external cladding like "Half Logs" of "Fibre cement" (handi plank). 12.7mm Gypsum board or timber internal cladding.

For time saving wall panels are assembled in factory and delivered to site.

For internal finishes, various finishes can be used like painting, ceramic wall tiles or timber.

Floors can be sanded and varnished, tiled or carpeted according to client's Requirement.

Roof trusses and bracing is engineer designed and fixed strictly to engineer's specifications. Different roof covering can be used - Tiles, Fibre cement, Corrugated iron, etc.
